What does “from $5,000” include?
It is the starting point for a smaller storefront design and development project. Pages, templates, catalog needs, integrations and custom functionality affect the final quote. We agree the scope before work starts; complex migrations and custom apps are quoted separately.
Can you improve an existing Shopify store?
Yes. We can scope a focused theme improvement, product experience, tracking repair or custom feature. A full rebuild is only proposed when it fits the brief.
Do we need an audit before getting a quote?
No. Start with a project inquiry. If the issues need deeper investigation, we can agree a separate paid audit. You choose whether to proceed with implementation.
What does the $500 audit cover?
Page speed, mobile experience, tracking and app usage, with written recommendations. It does not include implementation or an open-ended technical investigation.
Does custom code remove every ongoing cost?
No. Shopify, hosting, third-party services and maintenance can still carry costs. We discuss ownership, dependencies and support when agreeing the scope.
Can you work with our current team?
Yes. We can work alongside your agency or developer, with responsibilities, access and handover agreed before the project starts.
