Shopify Migrations
Plan the move to Shopify around your store.
A platform move involves more than importing products. We review the current catalog, content, URLs and required workflows, then agree what will move, what needs rebuilding and how it will be checked. Smaller storefront builds start at $5,000; migration data and integration requirements determine the full quote.

From $5,000
Smaller storefront builds start at $5,000. Migration data, integrations and complexity affect the full quote.
Is this the right fit?
- A WordPress/WooCommerce store whose catalog and plugin-dependent workflows need a new Shopify plan
- A Wix store needing agreed product, content and storefront mapping
- A Squarespace store moving commerce and selected content into a reviewed Shopify structure
What the work can involve.
WordPress & WooCommerce
Review product variations, categories, custom product data and plugin-dependent behavior alongside WordPress pages. A product export is a starting point for mapping; it does not recreate plugin functionality or page-builder layouts in Shopify. We identify the agreed replacements and test representative records.
Wix to Shopify
Assess the available product data and the site’s navigation, content and app-dependent features. We map the agreed catalog fields and URLs, then rebuild the selected storefront experiences for Shopify rather than promising that Wix layouts or apps transfer automatically.
Squarespace to Shopify
Separate the commerce catalog from content pages, collections and the design that presents them. We agree what can be carried over and what needs rebuilding, with attention to product choices, image presentation, content structure and URL changes. Export access and required features are checked before quoting.
Agree the scope first.
Deliverables and boundaries are written down before work starts.
Scoped deliverables
- A source-data and feature mapping plan for agreed products and content
- Agreed URL mapping, redirect implementation and checks
- The scoped storefront and integration work reviewed in staging
- Launch preparation and handover for agreed functionality
What to agree separately
- The $5,000 starting direction applies to smaller storefront builds; the full migration is quoted separately
- Source access, export limitations, data quality and app dependencies affect feasibility and timing
- Redirect checks reduce avoidable broken links; search rankings, traffic retention and zero downtime are not guaranteed
How we work together.
Map and agree
We inspect your source data, map fields to Shopify structure and agree the redirect strategy, catalog hierarchy and content that will carry over.
Migrate and verify
Prepare and transfer the agreed data, implement the mapped storefront and redirects, and review representative products, content and required integrations in staging. Resolve discrepancies against the written scope.
Launch and handover
Agree launch responsibilities and checks, review the selected live shopping paths and redirects, and hand over the documented work. Post-launch support is specified in the quote.
Useful questions.
Is the $5,000 price a fixed migration cost?
No. From $5,000 is the starting direction for smaller storefront builds. Source data, catalog complexity, content, redirects and integrations determine the full migration quote.
What happens to my existing URLs?
We agree the source URLs to map and check the redirects that Shopify can support. Some source structures need different handling. Redirects are not a guarantee of unchanged search rankings or traffic.
Can you move WordPress/WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace stores?
These platforms are assessed as part of the migration scope. We review data access, content, product structure and required features before confirming feasibility. Existing layouts, plugins and apps do not automatically become equivalent Shopify functionality.
Do you handle the actual switch-over?
Launch coordination can be included in the agreed scope. Access, approval, domain responsibilities and the checks to perform are settled beforehand; you retain control of the launch decision.
